Dating From Around 1900, This Quality Walnut Writing Desk Has A Rectangular Moulded top with a red tooled leather writing insert, above a longer drawer over knee hole and a pedestal with four graduating mahogany lined drawers with moulded edges and the original brass handles. This superb desk stands on fine turned feet with castors and the walnut has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
