On one side of the desk each pedestal has four working drawers and on the opposite side each pedestal has a drawer over cupboard, the cupboards having a key with working locks and beautiful reeded moulded decoration. The desk stands on a moulded plinth, splits into three sections for ease of removal and is a stunning golden oak shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
