Late 19th century French bronze sculpture of two hounds, set on a Vert Maurin marble base. This bronze sculpture is signed in the bronze by the French artist L.Bureau.

This bronze sculpture is in excellent condition with a lovely rich patination.

Leon Bureau ( 1866- 1906 ) French artist who specialized in animal groups, working mainly in bronze. This work is highly sought after and has a reputation of producing quality pieces.
