A wonderful English eighteenth century delft charger decorated very unsually with a peacock. The charger is in blue and white coloursand the decoration is sparce and asymmetrical. It is very unusual to have such a very identifiable bird in the design which as can be seen here is a peacock. The plate is in good condition for Delft, few minor glaze chips and minor short hairline on the edge. Probably Liverpool or Bristol.
