Beautiful Arts and Crafts Beaten Copper Heron Firescreen

Description

This is a beautiful solid copper firescreen from the Arts and Crafts period, circa 1910. The expertly worked and hammered copper has a wonderful heron to the central panel and also has two side panels with a real depth and character to the beaten design. The copper has a wonderful colour and this example of true craftsmanship makes a delightful addition to any fireplace, giving the room warmth and colour.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.

You are most welcome to visit the shop but please always check to confirm we are open before travelling.
