Description

Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Cylinder Top Ladies Writing Desk. The top having brass 3/4 gallery and half round moulded edge. Tambor cylinder lid below which opens when the mahogany lined drawer is opened which also holds the fold over writing slope. All surfaces having boxwood stringing. The interior having pentray and inkwells over 3 short and 1 long drawers. The baized lined writing surface having line inlaid surround. The hinged top folds over to reveal a lift out divided tray. All on line inlaid square tapered legs having spade feet and joined by line inlaid concave fronted undertier.
