Description

Edwardian 3 part pedestal desk of small proportions in the Chippendale style. Made from good quality figured mahogany, this freestanding desk has a carved gadrooned edge and an inset brown leather writing surface. The front having 9 graduated and cockbeaded drawers with brass handles and escutcheons. The sides and back with fielded solid mahogany panels and the whole stands on short claw and ball legs.In pristine condition, re-polished in our own workshops with replacement leather which has blind and gold tooling. With working locks and keys.
