Dating from Around 1900 In the Edwardian Period, This Quality Inlaid Mahogany Antique Pedestal Desk has a rectangular moulded top with a green tooled leather writing insert above a central drawer over kneehole. Each pedestal has two smaller over one deep double drawer with brass handles.
Being finished round the back, this super antique may be placed in the centre of the room and also splits into three sections for easy removal. The mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
