A Good Japanese Imari Petal Shape Lobbed Dish, Early 18th Century

Description

On offer for sale is this good Japanese Imari palette petal lobbed dish dating to early part of the 18th century. The dish is in excellent unrestored and undamaged condition. Just slight wear the well of the dish and with one firing blemish as shown in the pics. The dish is approx. 23cm in diameter with a depth of 4cm. The decoration on the side walls of the interior are particularly well executed and still retain almost all of their original strong colours and gilding.
