This Regency Mahogany Antique Bow Fronted Writing Desk circa, 1830 has a beautifully figured top above a central drawer over knee hole with elegant shaped carved corner brackets flanked by two deep cock beaded drawers with quality oval brass handles. This elegant antique may be used as either a writing desk or as a sideboard, it stands on four beautifully turned legs and the mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
