Georgian Antique Fire Guard of Unusual Design.

A beautiful quality, English antique fireside accessory, this fire guard has an open design which doesn't obscure the fire yet still keeps children away from the fire. In superb condition, and this Georgian antique fire guard has fire tool holders to each side, to keep them neat. Dating from around 1790-1800. The steel fire tools in the image are for display only.
