A Fine light Oak twin pedestal partners desk in very good condition. A fine quality desk which has a newly fitted black leather with blind and gold tooling. All the graduated drawers run very smoothly and all have their original locks and eschutions. The hand cut dove tail joint drawers have solid linings and fronts with original handles of the period. The two cupboards on the opposite side have shelves which are ideal for files etc. The desk splits in three for easy transportation.
*Special features are the ebony details throughout the piece and the chamfered corners of the panels and drawers
A truly rare and imposing desk, that would sit well in conventional or traditional surroundings. Must be seen to appreciate the quality.
