A Superior Quality Victorian Oak Architects Desk

Description

A very handsome solid oak and incredibly well made pedestal desk in excellent condition. This fine quality and larger sized desk has three graduated drawers on the right and a shelved cupboard on the left, with working key, above three drawers all with their locks and eschusions. The hand cut dove tail joint drawers have solid linings and fronts with pretty turned knobs. The top has a newly fitted quality black leather inset with blind and gold tooling. The two pull out slides and the panelled sides and back are attractive features of this practical piece of 19th century furniture. A good example of its type.

The desk splits in three for easy transportation.
