Description

Victorian oak twin pedestal clerks desk or bureau. Wonderful patinated sloping top. No key and the locks are untested. This is a lovely quality piece, that is full of age, charm and character. Solid, heavy and with no loose joints....a very rare find. No woodworm. Please note that this is a one piece desk that does not come apart. The drawers slide freely (some internal staining as one would expect).

Some veneer imperfections on the base plynth, as is normal.

Overall maximum dimensions: 121cm wide, 56cm deep, 80cm high (63cm high, 43cm wide knee hole).
