E W Cousins and Son has dated this piece to the 1910s.
These flanked by curved doors with fine inlaid urns flanked by downswept hinged lids with central inlaid panels with leaf scrolls and flowerheads. These open to letter racks having small drawers below with conforming inlays and handles. The leather lined writing surface flanked by panels of inlaid tied ribbons holding baskets of flowers. The edge having moulded half round front with an O.G. moulding below over 3 mahogany lined drawers with conforming inlays and handles. Inlaid panels of tied ribbons with harebell drops above the square tapered legs all sides inlaid with flowerhead panels above trailing leaves all on brass square cup castors. The back and sides of table with 3 panels of shell and foliate inlays conforming with the front. The back and sides of top with 3 panels each inlaid with fine bold central urns with foliate scrolls and floral inlays.

30 1/2" high writing surface.
