Victorian 19th Century inlaid walnut davenport desk writing table. This is a lovely small desk, that is full of charm and character. Great age and patina (not over restored). Dissimilar period castors (some wear).

4 active drawers (mahogany lined and slide freely) and a pen drawer (pivots when pulled out) on the right hand side. 4 dummy drawers on the left hand side. Later writing surface with some wear and patina. Some historic woodworm holes, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure. Mainly veneer on mixed wood construction, as you would expect.

Overall maximum dimensions: 54cm wide, 53cm deep, 81cm high (61cm high knee hole).
