Description

Edwardian inlaid mahogany & leather desk writing table. This is a lovely quality piece, that is full of age, charm and character. Solid with no loose joints and no significant woodworm. Period brass castors (some wear). This desk has a finished back and so can stand in the centre of the room.

All of the oak lined drawers slide freely (some internal staining as one would expect). There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested. An attractive quality piece. Note that this is a one piece item and does not come apart. The soft black leather top is a recent replacement.

The brass key hole liner from the centre drawer is missing.

Overall maximum dimensions: 106cm wide, 55cm deep, 78cm high (60cm high knee hole at the centre)
