This Superb Antique Mahogany Antique Pedestal Desk has been constructed by the Famous W. Fry and Co Dublin circa, 1870.
Each pedestal has four oak lined graduating drawers with moulded edges and turned handles. The back of the desk is mirrored with faux drawers so can be placed in the centre of the room if so desired, the sides of the desk also have wonderful decorative mouldings and stands on a plain plinth. This superb pedestal desk can be split into three sections for easy removal. The Mahogany has aged to a warm medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
