Having the elegant original neo-classical design ring-pull handles to the mahogany lined drawers. All locks and escutcheons are present. No key.
With canted corners, having pretty bell-flower, applied carved decoration.
To the top is a new green leather, gold-tooled inset writing surface.
All standing on elegant square tapered supports.
Good colour to the mahogany and pretty figuring.
The condition is good antique condition, showing general signs of use to the front of the desk, minor knocks and marks as to be expected. The leather is newly fitted and has a characterful antiqued finish.
Very solid sturdy and strong.
