Large Anglo-Indian Antique desk

This Anglo-Indian Antique desk dates from ca. 1920, is of very large proportions and has been constructed from a quality solid teak. The top has a moulded edge sitting above a long central drawer over knee hole. Each pedestal has four graduating drawers, with turned handles, moulded edges and the desk stands on a moulded plinth with turned bun feet. At some stage in its life it has been completely restored and polished, and benefited from a full set of locks with working keys fitted. It comes with the usual minor character marks but overall is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
