This Quality Mahogany Antique Pedestal Desk dates from the Victorian period, ca. 1870. It has a beautifully figured top above a central drawer over slim knee hole. Each pedestal has one small drawer over two deep drawers all with the original turned handles. This lovely desk sits on a plain plinth, splits into three sections for removal and has aged to a warm medium mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
