Large Edwardian Walnut Pedestal desk

Dating from ca. 1900, this Large Edwardian Walnut Pedestal desk has a rectangular moulded top with tooled red leather writing insert above a central drawer over large knee hole. This is flanked by two pedestals each containing four graduating drawers with brass swan neck handles. The desk has moulded sides and the pedestals rest on moulded plinths with castors. The whole desk splits into 3 sections for ease of removal has a finished back so maybe placed in the centre of a room if so desired. It is a warm medium shade of walnut with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
