Quiet Street Antiques of Bath has dated this piece to the 1800s.
This beautiful, elegant and practical table features a carved "gadroon" border around the blind-tooled dark green leather writing surface, below which the shallow frieze has two small convex drawers (one fitted for writing implements; ink wells etc) and these flank the larger central convex drawer.
Lovely condition and a good warm colour.
