This three part pedestal desk, is a glorious rich golden oak in colour, with lovely figuring to the wood, having a wonderful patina with much warmth and character.

Having eight oak lined drawers in total, with four to each pedestal, each running the full depth of the desk, all locks and escutcheons present, with turned handles. Standing on a plinth base, with original castors.

Above is an inset black leather writing surface, with an elegant tooled frieze.
Stamped by the maker to the left pedestal top drawer, with the makers name "Holland & Sons".
Breaks down to three sections, the top lifts of leaving the two pedestals free-standing, extremely practical for moving etc.

Very solid sturdy and strong, all drawers open smoothly.
The overall condition is very good, having general expected signs of use consistent with age, the leather is in good stable condition, again with general signs of use as you would expect.

A lovely characterful desk of excellent quality.
