Dating from around 1910 in the Edwardian period this compact desk is constructed from oak.
The knee hole can be found below a central drawer which is flanked by two pedestals, each comprising of four graduating oak lined drawers, the left also benefits from a pull out writing slide. The desk stands on a moulded plinth and has attractive panelled sides. The oak is a lovely medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
