Made of mahogany with beautiful figuring to the wood, with a rich, warm colour and patina.
This superb quality desk is a serpentine shape, with twin pedestals. To the top is an inset leather top over an arrangement of nine drawers in total.
Standing on short cabriole supports, with crisply carved ball & claw feet.
The desk top lifts of the two pedestals, making moving and transporting very easy.
The condition is very good, with expected signs of use consistant with age.
Very heavy solid, sturdy and strong.
