Dating from the Victorian period, circa 1890, this antique walnut desk is of the pedestal design.
Each pedestal has four mahogany lined drawers with brass Arts & Crafts style handles. The desk sits on a plain plinth with castors and is a lovely warm medium shade of walnut with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
