Description

Good quality mahogany 9 drawer pedestal writing desk. English c 1850. This desk has a particularly deep and useful working surface. Good sized kneehole.

The colour is rich mahogany with a mellow antique appearance. All the drawers run smoothly and have their original wooden knobs. Key provided.

The green leather writing surface is a replacement of good quality and compliments the mahogany well. This desk has a polished back for center of room positioning and stands well.

Seen here in best showroom condition, the dimensions are length 48" height 30" and depth 33". The kneehole measures 24" high and 20" wide.
