On offer is this Chinese 18th century Famille Rose porcelain plate decorated to the well of the plate with the unusaul subject of two sheep, one standing one lying. This subject has possibly been taken from a European print of the time. There is a glaze crack to the well of the plate that goes through to the underside. No other damage or restoration. Very good enamels and gilt showing little wear. Diameter 22.7cm
