Description

A Chippendale period Mahogany writing or clerks desk of lovely faded colour and patina. On square chamfered legs with original fretted brackets in the Chinese Chippendale manner. The interior with pidgeon holes and drawers. In very original condition (with the exception of the wooden knobs and oval plaque with are 19th century attidions) 750 mm wide, 610 mm deep and 865 mm high. Circa 1760.
