A handsome Edwardian walnut twin pedestal desk in very good condition. This desk is in an 18th century style, which has a crossbanded kneehole and an inverted breakfront. A fine quality desk which has three drawers above two cupboards. The cupboard depths are very deep measuring 55cm, which makes them incredibly useful for storage and holding paperwork etc. The hand cut dove tail joint drawers have solid linings and fronts with brass plate handles. The top has a lovely newly fitted green leather inset with blind and gold tooling.
A fine, rare quality desk.
