Late 19th Century Oak Roll Top Desk

1900 - 1920
Description

A large oak roll top desk, measuring 50 inches wide, 32 inches deep and 50 inches high at the back.

This desk has been re-furbished by our cabinet maker who is awaiting a new locking device for the 'roll'. This will be fitted before delivery to its purchaser.

All the main locking devices work with all drawers locking securely when the shutter is down.

The interior is interesting with many small drawers , pen slides etc.

There are interesting letter openings /slots which can clearly be seen at the ends of the fitted interior.

The desk stands strong and firm and is in great condition for its age. The colour can only be enhanced further by steady, regular waxing.

Our price included delivery to England and wales and also setting up. For delivery to Scotland please ask.
