A fine quality desk which has an arrangement of 9 graduated drawers. The hand cut dove tail joint drawers,(one of which is stamped S and N Jewells) have solid walnut linings and fronts with original brass handles. The desk is free standing so is versatile in any room positioning. The top has a lovely newly fitted green leather inset with blind and gold tooling. The desk splits into three for transportation, the top lifting off blocks on top of each pedestal. These large quality desks are becoming very rare and much sought after.
