Description

Antique English pewter 9.6 inch diameter plain rim plate.

The plate has a good set of touch marks on the reverse along with a ‘crowned X’ and a ‘super fine hard mettel’ label.

The plate is in excellent condition with a polished silver grey finish to the face, which show signs of use with knife marks, the reverse has a natural grey patina.

Circa 1750.
