Antique 20th century Queen Anne style dresser base in elm, an elegant and beautifully detailed piece with a graceful traditional appearance.

Raised on cabriole legs with carved knees, the dresser base has a wonderfully decorative stance that reflects the classic Queen Anne influence.

Three useful drawers are arranged across the front, each enhanced with delicate crossbanding and finished with decorative brass handles.

Further crossbanding can be admired across the top, adding a refined feature without overwhelming the natural beauty of the elm.

Particularly striking grain and beautiful colour run throughout the timber, giving the piece plenty of depth and individual character.

Presented in good condition, well made and of good quality, this desirable dresser base offers a lovely combination of useful storage and decorative craftsmanship.
