Description

Austrian cold painted bronze horse, stamped M.S, Vienna, c. 1900. The standing horse, finely cast, with detailed attention to his mane, and veins. Naturistically coloured as a chestnut, with a white blaze from his forehead to his muzzle.

Foundry mark ‘M.S’ to his left front hoof.

Length – 14 cm, 5 1/2”.

Height – 11.2 cm, 4 3/8”.

Width – 3 cm, 1 1/8”.

Condition – Excellent. No damage. No repair.
