Fine Antique English Porcelain has dated this Wedgwood Bone China Plate to the Regency era.
Previously this style of painting has been attributed to the artist Aaron Steele, owing to an annotation in the Wedgwood pattern books in the 1900's by the then Wedgwood Curator, however this attribution is now thought to be incorrect.
