Gents Longines Conquest automatic wrist watch, 1957.

The watch has a 19-jewel automatic movement, calibre 19AS, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 10,391,002 which dates it back to 1957.

The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the signed Longines winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition, just the odd minor mark. Screw-on case back with the gold plaque bearing Longines’ water-resistant fish logo with green enamel detail… as with any vintage watch, we would recommend that it is kept away from water and moisture. The inside of the case back is signed with the Longines logo.

The lens is in good condition (some natural light reflection on the front photos).

The signed dial is in its original finish which has a nicely aged finish. Original hands… centre seconds hand has a little surface marking.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
