Description

A striking oil on panel depicting flowers in a vase atop a plinth, with fruits in the foreground, in the manner of the Dutch Masters.

In original European gilt frame (minor knocks and wear).

It is signed Van Margo in the lower right corner.

The panel bears the makers mark for Lechertier Barbe, and more specifically from their latter premises which they occupied between 1898 and 1969.

Approx dimensions: 15.5 x 20”
