An 18th century portrait of a bewigged gentleman, in the manner of Alan Ramsey 1713 - 1784.

The portrait is of superb quality and has been relined on a square canvas and stretcher but originally would have been on an oval stretcher and set within an oval frame. The frame the portrait is set within a later 20th century gilt frame, and is in very good condition.
