Fine quality 19th century bow front mahogany chest on chest by renowned cabinet makers Edwards & Roberts.

The cornice with decorative wheat sheaf carving detail over two short and three long graduating drawers, the base with a further three long graduating drawers, all drawers with oak linings and decorative brass back plates and handles, raised on splay feet.

With wear and tear commensurate with age and use, this handsome chest on chest is in overall good condition, offering copious storage.

Edwards & Roberts were founded in 1845 and became one of the leading London cabinet makers and retailers producing high quality furniture and were renowned for their craftmanship.
