Antique Pewter has dated this Antique English Pewter Plate to the 18th Century.
Antique English pewter plain rim plate of 9.750 inch diameter. The front rim has a very well engraved family crest of a crowned lion sejant.
The reverse rim has a very good touchmark for James Spackman of London, who worked 1704 - 1759. There is also a partial set of hallmarks and a crowned X.

Condition:
The reverse is also lightly polished with some light oxide.
Repairs: There are no repairs.
