Listed William Morris Antique Clissett Style Bench Seat

A very good quality English 19th century antique William Morris ladder back two seater bench, a rare model, very much in the style of Clissett. Please see the Morris design catalogue image for the design listed. Beautifully made in ash woods, in the original rich finish. In excellent, strong and intact condition and complete with a newly traditionally rushed seat. Dates to around 1870. A lovely rare original Morris model. Seat height is 44cm.
