The chest is arranged with two short over three long graduated drawers, each fitted with turned wooden knob handles. A shaped apron beneath adds a decorative touch. A solid and practical piece.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition overall, with wear consistent with age and use. All drawers run well and are ready for everyday use. There is some minor fading present, along with general surface scratches and marks. Minor cracks can be seen to the top and sides, likely the result of age-related shrinkage in the timber, as is common with period pieces. This is not structural and does not detract from the overall appeal of the piece. There is also some small loss to the veneer along the top front. Overall, a lovely piece.
