Description

The first in the style of the Venus de Milo, depicting a truncated female figure with serene, idealised features, softly modelled anatomy and hair gathered into a chignon, with an even brown patina, raised on a circular stepped socle and mounted on a cylindrical black marble pedestal, the second depicting Hermes, modelled as a classical male torso with idealised features and short curly hair, shown truncated at the arms, raised on an integral socle and mounted on a cylindrical green marble pedestal, the reverse inscribed Hermes Olympia.
