Description

Good quality mid 19th century mahogany 8 drawer lockable Wellington Chest, with working lock and key.

You will notice there is a full height hinged mahogany clasp which you can lock to secure the contents of the 8 drawers.

Useful piece for storage and being a good height you can also use the top surface as a display area.

Interesting piece of 19th century English furniture.

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
