A very interesting and decorative oil on canvas depicting a group of ladies chatting. The painting has a wonderful Art Deco period look with the ladies� wearing fashions of the time and the group having a free and liberated feel. The work is very capably handled particularly in composition and perspective with the whole work having almost a surreal feel to it, with colours in shades of green. The painting is signed to the lower middle but is illegible, it is dated 1926. The work is in excellent untouched condition.
