Stunning antique alabaster sculpture of Ruth from the 19th century (Napoleon III period). Beautifully carved with excellent detail and strong display presence. The piece is signed on the reverse by Prof. E. Montony, adding to its authenticity and collectability.

This is a large and very heavy statement piece ideal for collectors, period interiors, and decorative display.

Condition:

Please note the following areas:

• Loss to one finger

• Small chip to the edge of the dress

• Section missing from the base and a corn sheaf

All of these are repairable, and the sculpture remains visually impressive and highly desirable.
