A Victorian Antique/old Pine Painted Black 2 Door 1 Drawer Child / Hall Wardrobe

This wardrobe is in good condition. We have professionally stripped and restored it and then painted it in a lovely black paint and rubbed over the edges giving it a stunning patina.

The wardrobe would look well in an old or modern property in a child's bedroom or hallway for storage. The wardrobe is in one piece so your stairs need to be straight with no turns and it is heavy so we will need a hand off the van with it into your hallway.

The wardrobe stands on bracket back feet and round turned front bun feet supporting the main section. There is one large drawer to the bottom with metal cup handles. The drawer has dovetail joints and is pine lined. There are two large doors that have one panel with a moulding around the edge. The top has a dummy type drawer which is a nice feature. There is a key that locks the door. The top has a standard graduated cornice with angled corners. Behind the door there is a hanging rail to the top and there are shelves that are not fixed so you could take these out or put more in etc.

The height is 177cm, the width is 111cm and the depth is 53cm. The internal depth is 53cm.

Shipping /delivery is equally as important to us as the item of furniture itself. It is simple; we deliver everything personally in England / Wales so this way we are 100% sure that the item / furniture reaches our customers safe and sound. We NEVER use couriers. Delivery is generally within 7-14 days of purchase. We guarantee delivery anywhere in England / Wales within 21 days of purchase.

Deliveries to Scotland as far north as Perth are guaranteed within 6 weeks of purchase. If delivery is required above Perth in Scotland please contact James on 07957 392 074 or

Deliveries are either carried out by David or James as one member of the team is required to stay in the warehouse, therefore we do require assistance from the van into your hallway with the item of furniture. We have set delivery days and once the van is loaded (a day prior to delivery) David will call customers to arrange a two hour delivery time slot. Customers will also receive a text when delivery is 30 minutes away.

It is really helpful if customers can provide their ‘what3words’ location to make delivery as smooth

as possible, especially properties in rural locations.

Ireland Deliveries

We do use a very good courier company called DVM Service to deliver goods to Ireland. We ask the customer to pay this company direct for the delivery charge and we then liaise with DVM regarding collection of a customer’s item of furniture to be shipped to Ireland.

Europe & Rest of the World

We do not ship to Europe or the Rest of the World.
