This is a handsome 19th century French walnut commode chest of imposing style and proportions dating from around 1870.The good quality chest is in excellent clean condition with a lovely large white marble top resting on the solid walnut cabinet of four long drawers all with attractive hand carved walnut in a faux bamboo design.
